Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75 and an $8 flat rate for all other orders. All Subscription orders receive free shipping as well. All of our candles are hand poured in small batches right here in Seattle. Due to the nature of our made to order product, please allow 3-5 days to leave our studio.
Flat Rate Economy Shipping: Ships 3-5 business days after an order is placed.
Standard Shipping: Ships 1-3 business days after an order is placed.
Rush Shipping: Ships 1 business day after an order is placed.

Note, these are processing times of when your product will leave our studio, not delivery times. We ship all products by USPS or UPS and delivery times range from 1-5 days delivery, although many orders arrive in 1-3 days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order has been shipped.

In the unlikely scenario a product is unavailable for our Standard or Rush options due to the nature of our made to order products, we will promptly reach out to facilitate the best solution.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives broken or damaged, and no replacement solution is available.
Late or missing refunds
In the rare circumstance you do need to receive a refund, and you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Subscription Based Orders
Your subscription can be changed, altered, postponed or cancelled at any time after the 2nd delivery. When you sign up for a subscription, we require atleast 2 subscription deliveries in order to offer you the discounted pricing. Damages & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please send an email to email@example.com with DELIVERY ISSUE in the subject line within 24 hours of delivery. Only when we receive notice within 24 hours of delivery can we honor a damaged item and offer a replacement.
