Choose "Holiday Delivery" at checkout to receive your order by 12/24. If you need it Ultra Fast, choose Ultra Fast (1) Day Shipping at checkout.
For orders that select our standard Express Shipping or choose Free Shipping, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive before 12/25.

We offer a base $9 domestic flat rate shipping on all orders! All of our candles are hand poured in small batches right here in Seattle. Due to the nature of our made to order product, please allow 3-5 days to leave our studio.
Flat Rate Economy Shipping: Ships 3-5 business days after an order is placed.

In a rush or need it ASAP? We have options for those times you just can't wait.
Standard Shipping: Ships 1-3 business days after an order is placed.
Rush Shipping: Ships 1 business day after an order is placed.
Note, these are processing times of when your product will leave our studio, not delivery times. We ship all products by USPS, UPS, or Fedex, and delivery times range from 1-5 days delivery, although many orders arrive in 1-3 days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order has been shipped.

In the unlikely scenario a product is unavailable for our Standard or Rush options due to the nature of our made to order products, we will promptly reach out to facilitate the best solution.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We stand behind our product, quality, ingredients, and mission. Our We're Happy When You're Happy policy means if you don't love your product, let us know and we will do our best to make it right. Due to the nature of our product we cannot accept returns or exchanges. That being said, we love a great candle experience, and want you to enjoy one too. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
'You Pick 3' and 'You Pick 4' Box Sets
Box sets cannot be returned, but if you have any issues with your products in them, feel free to reach out and we'll do out best to make it right!
Subscription Based Orders
Subscription based orders cannot be returned due to the fact they are provided at a discounted cost, but if you have any issues with your product, feel free to reach out and we'll do out best to make it right!
Damages & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with DELIVERY ISSUE in the subject line within 24 hours of delivery.
